Role Overview

We are seeking a Paid Ads Executive who can take full ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from planning to optimizationwhile bringing fresh ideas and performance-driven strategies to the table. Knowledge of other paid ad platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) .
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and bidding strategy to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize ad performance with strong focus on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions .
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies and creatives .
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization .
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and AI-driven advertising innovations .
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Good to have knowledge of other ad platforms such as:
    • LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns)
    • Twitter/X Ads (brand awareness campaigns)
    • Pinterest Ads (e-commerce & lifestyle audiences)
    • TikTok Ads (youth-focused/global campaigns)
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is a strong advantage.
