- 7 years of experience in Analytics Development on Tableau, ClickSense, Thotspot and other analytics products and integration with Data platforms


- Minimum 3 years of working experience with Tableau using Redshift/AWS and data modelling skills will be added advantage


- Need to be strong in SQL query writing


- Finance, Opportunity, Sales and Marketing domain knowledge added advantage


- Strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex technical problems.

- Certified on Tableau

- Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A data-driven mindset, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.

- Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources.

- Ability to delegate where appropriate


- Must be a strong team player/leader

Responsibilities:


Data Analysis and Visualization :


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and visualization needs.

- Analyze complex datasets and design interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.

Dashboard Development:


- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for various business functions, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, intuitive, and provide actionable insights.

Data Integration:


- Integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation as needed for visualization purposes.

Performance Optimization:


- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability, considering factors such as data volume and user concurrency.

Automation and Documentation:


- Automate data refresh processes and schedule regular updates for Tableau dashboards.

- Document data sources, calculations, and methodologies used in Tableau visualizations.

Training and Support:


- Provide training and support to end-users on navigating and interpreting Tableau dashboards.

- Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Tableau dashboards.

Collaboration:


- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between data sources and visualizations.

- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
