Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior WordPress Full stack Developer who is highly skilled in custom WordPress development, has deep experience with Elementor, and understands the importance of SEO-friendly architecture. You’ll work closely with content strategists, and SEO teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and lightning-fast WordPress websites that rank well and convert better.Key Responsibilities:Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using best practices (no bloated builders unless necessary).Build pixel-perfect websites using Elementor Pro.Optimize front-end and back-end performance for speed and SEO (Core Web Vitals compliance).Implement technical SEO strategies, including proper use of heading tags, schema markup, clean URL structures, and meta tags.Create reusable, scalable components and templates in Elementor while keeping code lightweight.Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsive design.Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing WordPress sites.Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to support SEO and conversion goals.Stay updated with the latest WordPress, Elementor, and SEO updates and trends.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience as a Fullstack WordPress Developer.Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript (jQuery + vanilla), HTML5, CSS.Deep experience with Elementor Pro (including theme builder, global styles, custom widgets if needed).Strong understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, WP_Query, and WordPress REST API.Proven experience optimizing websites for Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights.Solid grasp of technical SEO principles and on-page best practices.Experience with ACF, CPT UI, Yoast, and SEO schema plugins.Understanding of security best practices and website hardening techniques.Familiarity with site analytics tools like GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager.Strong knowledge of Hosting management (cPanel and others).
