Job Description : Flutter Developer - (Cross-Platform Expert)

Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled Flutter developer to craft applications that operate seamlessly across Android, iOS, and web platforms. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to optimizing performance, ensuring reliability, and enhancing design aesthetics, supported by a strong track record and passion for these principles. You will take ownership of projects, tackle technical hurdles with creativity, and take pride in delivering robust solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter for iOS, Android, and web.

- Ensure applications are high-performing, responsive, and meet quality standards.

- Implement new features based on client requirements and project specifications.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Refactor code to enhance performance and readability.

- Utilize version control tools like Git or SVN for codebase management and collaboration.

- Collaborate closely with designers to translate design specifications into pixel-perfect UI layouts.

- Optimize user experience to ensure smooth application functionality.

- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to extend application capabilities.

- Coordinate with backend developers to integrate with backend services and databases.

- Develop and execute automated tests to ensure application stability and performance.

- Debug and resolve issues to improve application reliability and performance.

- Participate actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality software iteratively.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases and application architecture.

- Stay abreast of latest mobile development trends and Flutter advancements.

- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.

- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

Skills Required :
