Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Freelance Webinar Specialist (SAP ERP) at Softvolt - IT Solutions. The specialist will be responsible for managing and conducting webinars related to SAP ERP systems on a freelance basis.


Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting webinars on SAP ERP systems
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing online events
  • Ability to create engaging content for webinar participants
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP functionalities and applications



Responsibilities

  • Host webinars on a range of SAP ERP related topics
  • Support Client Interactions - Presales support
  • Requirement Gathering during client meetings
  • Document the deliverables
  • Attend Deep dive and tech syncup calls with client
  • Train junior resources
  • Oversee the projects
