Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic VSM (Vehicle Supervision Module) Tech Lead with 6+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test bench set-up, test configuration, test case preparation, and test case writing. Additionally, proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, CAPL, or Perl is essential for this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up and configure test benches for Vehicle Supervision Module.
  • Prepare and write test cases to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Develop test configurations tailored to specific project requirements.
  • Write scripts in Python, CAPL, or Perl to automate testing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of VSM solutions.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in VSM testing methodologies.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing strategies and techniques.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in VSM testing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in test bench set-up and test configuration.
  • Strong expertise in writing and executing test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, CAPL, or Perl.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with automotive embedded systems testing.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, etc.
  • Familiarity with tools like Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, etc.
  • ISTQB certification or similar testing certifications.
