The Company has a manufacturing footprint of more than 1 lakh sq m, with the mainstay of product development and R&D being energy-efficiency, coupled with eco-friendly and sustainable productsWhat Your Role Entails- Responsible for Compliance of the Statutory & Regulatory Requirement of the National & International Std. of one complete vertical of Chiller Business out of 2 vertical (E.g. 1 complete portfolio out of Air Cooled & Water cooled) - Statutory & Regulatory compliance shall include Such as ASHRAE/ECBC/BIS/Star Labelling Program of BEE for the existing and new product. - Responsible for Engineering BOM Verification & Costing of the Products - Design, Development and Documentation of Products. - Responsible for Preparation of Performance Rating Chart/Technical Specifications & Rating Software Data. - Component Selection and System Integration of the Product along with driving the projects on time as per the Schedule decided by monthly Steering CommitteeWhat You’ll Do:- Knows the complete Know How of Heat Exchanger Design (Thermal & Mechanical) - Product Selection Software– Knows the Preparation of Product software from Use of Heat Exchanger Software and Compressor Simulation Software. - Design Process- Conduct DFA/DFM/DFS & Design Reviews for approval at various stages. - Co-ordinate Operation- Support to CFT for newly Launched & First time Production of new products. - Support to Manufacturing & Sales Team-Co-Ordination with the Manufacturing plants & Sales Teams for Technical Support. - NPD Process- Improve NPD quality by integrating design for functional excellence (DFS,DFM&DFA). Enable cross-functional and concurrent execution of projectsYour success is grounded in- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Eng with minimum 12 years of experience. - Shall have worked at least for 8 Years of Total Experience in the chiller Design Packages & all the experience shall be related to new Products Preferably of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Category - Should have the Knowledge of verification of BOM, & Costing of the Product - Component Selection and System Design - Air Conditioning Chiller product related national and international standards such as AHRI, ASHRAE, BEE, TEMA, ASME etc - Oil separation and Oil Management. - knowledge of various types of compressors - knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials - Knowledge of performance rating charts of various products - Thermal & Mechanical design Software such as UNILBA/HTRI/PV-Elite/CompressInterested candidates can also drop your resume to randdrecruiter@bluestarindia.com with the brief on the projects worked.Where you’ll beThis role is based in Kapurbawdi, Thane.At Blue Star, you are not just another employee; you're part of a vibrant community that values innovation, dedication, and teamwork.
