Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2/L3 support for business applications, ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs.
- Understand and document application flows and dependencies.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Create BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and other functional documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate requirements and share insights from production incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Proactively monitor application performance and suggest Skills & Experience :
- 23 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles.- Strong expertise in SQL:
- Writing complex queries and joins.
- Creating and maintaining stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Connecting to databases and running data analysis.
- Good understanding of application workflows and architecture.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive BRD documents.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving to Have :
- Experience with ticketing or ITSM tools.- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of scripting (Shell/PowerShell/Python) is an added advantage
