About the Job:

The Core Asana team is looking for a highly skilled & creative Video Editor who possesses a deep understanding of all editing tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have the ability to seamlessly blend creativity with technical proficiency to produce compelling video content that captivates our audience.


Based in: Gurugram, HR


What do you need to do? ( Roles & Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, visually stunning videos that meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Apply advanced editing techniques, including but not limited to color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects, to enhance the overall aesthetic of each video.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to elevate the storytelling process and engage viewers.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve editing processes.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Provide creative input and contribute ideas to enhance the overall quality and impact of video content.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in editing fashion and educational content.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and file delivery specifications.
  • Strong creative vision and artistic sensibility, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling stories.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles is required.
  • A passion for fashion, education, and storytelling through video content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or training in video editing software and techniques are advantageous.
