Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer and Creative Copywriter at Ikana Business Solutions in Haldwani. The role involves creating web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, proofreading, and crafting creative copy daily. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the company.

Note: Please only apply if you are willing to work from our Uttarakhand office in Haldwani.


Key Responsibilities


Content Creation:

  • Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, and other platforms.
  • Craft compelling and persuasive copy for advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and brand messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar.

Research & Strategy:

  • Research to understand the target audience and market trends.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective campaign strategies and address content gaps to improve user engagement and conversion.
  • Tailor copy to resonate with the target demographic and drive engagement.

SEO Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Use relevant keywords strategically to optimize content.

Content Management:

  • Monitor content performance and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Manage and update content on various digital platforms.

Client Interaction:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their content requirements and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on content progress and incorporate client feedback.

Editing and Proofreading:

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, impact, grammatical accuracy, and brand guidelines adherence.
  • Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.


Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for various marketing materials and platforms
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Team Player with solid work ethics
