Creating and executing test plans, test designs and test cases and generating test status and bug reports for them Act as QA Test Lead for large initiativesCreating and updating Requirements Traceability between requirements and tests cases for overall test coverageWork with the scrum master, project managers and product owners to prioritize, size or deprioritize the backlog during sprint planning meetingsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.Experience in API testing and working with RESTful services.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsImplement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing / test automation development as per standards defined by the organization.Identify, monitor, and mitigate the technical dependencies and risks.Support team to troubleshoot issues. Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive mechanisms.Ensure content and structure of all testing / test automation artifacts are documented and maintained.Develop coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for test automationParticipate in product design reviews.
