Frontend Principal Architect

Key Responsibilities:- Define and evolve front-end architecture for web and mobile platforms using React.js, Next.js, and React Native- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs- Provide technical leadership and code-level guidance to front-end teams- Design and implement reusable UI components and scalable design systems- Enforce high standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices across projects- Lead front-end technology evaluation and introduce modern tools and frameworks- Stay hands-on with developmentthis role is not limited to oversight- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences- Mentor developers and grow technical capabilities within the teamMust-Have Qualifications:- Bachelors degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- 10+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in front-end engineering- Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js- Proven experience in mobile development using React Native (Flutter is a plus)- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3- Demonstrated experience with responsive UI, mobile-first design, and performance tuning- Sound understanding of REST APIs and effective data handling in UI- Strong version control and workflow experience with Git and CI/CD practices (ref:hirist.tech)
