Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager at Fluent Health, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the

development and delivery of cutting-edge healthcare applications. You will be responsible for managing agile and sprint-based projects, ensuring efficient collaboration between development teams, product management, and other stakeholders.


Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software projects in an agile environment.

Team Collaboration: Interface with frontend, mobile, and backend developers, cloud infrastructure

engineers, QA/testing teams, and UI/UX designers to facilitate seamless communication and

collaboration.

Agile Methodology: Implement and maintain agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, working with the team to find creativesolutions to challenges.

Jira Administration: Utilize Jira as a central project management tool to plan, track, and report on project progress.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders,ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Resource Allocation: Work with team leads to allocate resources effectively, balancing project timelines and team workloads.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure thorough testing of software

releases and adherence to quality standards.

Product and Development Alignment: Liaise with product management and UI/UX teams to ensure a seamless workflow between product ideation and development execution.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and team efficiency.


Requirements


Hard Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work


experience.

Proven experience (5+ years) managing software development projects, ideally in a startup

environment.

Expertise and certified in agile project management methodologies.

Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and software (SDLC) as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

development processes.
