Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Guidewire implementations and enhancements.- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope and objectives.- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows aligned with Guidewire modules.- Provide subject matter expertise on AS400 and IBM DB2 platforms in support of integration and data management activities.- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking in collaboration with QA teams.- Assist in gap analysis, process improvement, and change management initiatives.- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and Agile ceremonies as required.Mandatory Skills : - Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Insurance Suite projects.- Proficient in AS400 systems and IBM DB2 database management.- Deep understanding of insurance domain business processes and Guidewire functionalities.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in Guidewire or Business Analysis is a plus.- Exposure to other databases and middleware technologies is desirable.
