Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer Experience: 10+ years Industry: Construction Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Workplace Type: On-site Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Building Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design of electrical systems—from concept and schematic design through to detailed design, tender documentation, and GFC drawings. Key Responsibilities: Design & Review of HV & LV Power Systems: Capable of preparing DB schedules, voltage drop calculations, and single line diagrams (SLD). Lighting Design: Proficient in lighting layout and calculations using DIALux. Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Design: Able to design and review life safety systems as per standards. Telephone and Communication Systems: Design and review of voice/data infrastructure. Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems: Experience in security, access control, and surveillance systems. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Preparation: Skilled in creating take-off sheets and bill of quantities. Coordination & Communication: Effective coordination with clients, architects, structural and MEP teams. Must have strong communication skills and be a collaborative team player.
