Job Title: Social Media Manager (Brand and Podcast) Location: Gurugram, Haryana Role Summary: A high-visibility role working directly with the Founder of Hi Brands (Hi Tours, Hi Offsite, Hi DMC). The role spans four pillars: Executive Assistant , Personal Branding/Social Media (Instagram + LinkedIn) , Podcast Management , and Founder’s Office Projects . You will serve as the Founder’s SPOC, ensuring his time, communication, brand, and creative output run with precision. Ideal for someone smart, structured, creative, with 4–6 years in digital agencies, content studios, start-ups, or creator management. Key Responsibilities: EA : Manage calendar, meetings, travel, priorities, briefs, follow-ups, internal coordination, drafting communication, tracking tasks, and staying fully synced with the Founder’s workflows. Personal Brand: Own Instagram & LinkedIn, build content calendars, research ideas & hooks, manage captions & posting, handle DMs & comments, maintain analytics, coordinate shoots, and ensure on-brand content. Podcast: End-to-end ownership — guest research & outreach, scheduling, briefs, episode outlines, production coordination, edits, thumbnails, reels/shorts, publishing, cadence management, and evolving strategy. Founder’s Office Projects: Track and support key initiatives across Product, Marketing, HR, Sales & Ops; prepare documents, briefs, decks; maintain Notion trackers, SOPs, and run small internal projects.
