Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of baristas, ensuring top-notch service and consistent quality in every cup.

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimization to keep things running smoothly.

• Innovate and curate our coffee menu, experimenting with new blends, lattes, and specialty drinks while staying true to sustainable sourcing practices.

• Train staff on advanced brewing techniques, latte art, and customer engagement to create memorable experiences.

• Collaborate with management on budgeting, vendor relations, and event planning to drive cafe growth.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space that aligns with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Barista, with proven leadership in a high-volume cafe or hospitality setting.

• Expertise in espresso machines, grinders, and alternative brewing methods (e.g., pour-over, cold brew).

• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting, and flavor profiles—certifications like SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) are a plus.

• Excellent communication and team-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.

• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
