Job Description :


- Develop and prototype machine learning models in collaboration with data scientists, ensuring scalability and production readiness.

- Implement model experimentation frameworks and methodologies to optimize model performance and reliability.

- Package, serialize, and optimize machine learning models for efficient deployment in production environments.

- Manage model registries and version control, ensuring traceability and reproducibility of deployed models.

- Implement model deployment pipelines and integrate models with CI/CD processes for automated testing and deployment.

- Automate model monitoring and performance tracking processes to ensure model reliability and scalability.

- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing IT systems and infrastructure.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in machine learning deployment, MLOps, and model management.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our machine learning engineering practices and MLOps capabilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.

- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLLib or scikit-learn.

- Experience with model serialization techniques and packaging models for deployment (e.g., Docker, Flask, RESTful APIs).

- Familiarity with model experimentation frameworks and methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, hyperparameter tuning).

- Knowledge of model registries, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing model deployments.

- Experience with model monitoring and performance tracking tools, and implementing automated monitoring processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
