The company is banking on its speed of execution and technology advancement as key factors to drive a 5X growth in the next five years, both in revenues and number of employees.We are looking for a skilledSite Reliability Engineer (SRE)with strong hands-on experience inGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)andKubernetes (GKE) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system reliability, automating infrastructure, and ensuring smooth CI/CD operations. You will work closely with development and operations teams to build scalable and resilient systems.Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize infrastructure onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) , includingGKE (Kubernetes)clusters. Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusing tools likeJenkinsorGitLab CI . Develop and maintainHelm chartsfor Kubernetes deployments. Automate infrastructure provisioning usingTerraformand configuration management withAnsible . Monitor system health and performance usingDynatraceand other observability tools. Troubleshoot issues related toLinux systems ,networking , andcontainerized applications . Write and maintain scripts inBashorPythonto automate operational tasks. Ensure version control best practices usingGit . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and deployment processes. Maintain documentation and runbooks for operational procedures and incident response.Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience withDevOps / SRE / GCP services. Strong understanding ofLinux fundamentalsandTCP/IP networking . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.). Experience withGitfor version control. Proficiency inBashorPythonscripting. Solid grasp ofCI/CD conceptsand implementation. Working knowledge ofDockerand containerization principles. Hands-on experience withTerraformandAnsible . Familiarity withmonitoring and logging tools , especiallyDynatrace . Experience withHelm chartsfor Kubernetes. Basic understanding ofdatabase concepts .Preferred Qualifications: Certification in GCP or Kubernetes (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, CKA). Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
