We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer (Lead) to join our team in a Leadership Role. This position will be pivotal in driving Lead Generation and enhancing our Branding across various marketing segments. The ideal candidate should come from an EdTech background and possess a strong track record in executing growth strategies, managing paid campaigns, and leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, optimizing the marketing funnel to drive qualified leads for various programs.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to refine targeting and improve ROI.
Brand Management:
- Enhance WsCube Tech's brand presence across different marketing segments, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Lead branding efforts for both online and offline channels to create a strong market identity.
Marketing Campaign Leadership:
- Manage and oversee paid digital campaigns, social media strategy, and performance marketing.
- Leverage new-age marketing tools and platforms for impactful campaigns targeting diverse learner demographics.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and creative strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Define marketing goals, KPIs, and roadmaps for scaling growth and market penetration.
- Ensure the execution of strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness and market reach.
EdTech Market Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with EdTech trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to position WsCube Tech as a leading EdTech Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing or a similar role in the EdTech sector.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading a marketing team and driving strategic initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop out-of-the-box strategies to achieve growth targets.
