Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleIBL Finance, an NSE Listed NBFC, is looking for skilled Flutter Developers to build and maintain high-performing mobile applications for our fintech products. Candidates must have strong expertise in Flutter and prior experience in building financial, banking, or fintech applications.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. - Work closely with product managers and UI/UX teams to deliver user-friendly and secure apps. - Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability. - Ensure applications meet NBFC/financial compliance and security standards. - Debug, test, and maintain applications for smooth performance. - Collaborate with backend developers for API integration.Required Skills & Qualifications- 3–5 years of hands-on Flutter development experience. - Strong knowledge of Dart programming and Flutter architecture. - Experience with State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX). - Knowledge of Firebase / Push Notifications / Payment Gateway integration. - Strong understanding of secure coding practices for financial applications. - Familiarity with App Store (iOS) & Play Store (Android) deployment. - Experience working in Fintech / NBFC domain is highly preferred. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good to Have (Optional Skills)- Experience with native Android/iOS development (Kotlin/Swift). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar). - Understanding of Microservices / Node.js / Laravel backend integration.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech solutions. - Work with a highly experienced team in an NSE Listed NBFC. - Professional growth and career development.
