Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Business Finance


- Incumbent will be responsible for creating various management reports for critical stakeholders. Below are the key responsibilities:

- Provide support for preparation of monthly/Quarterly results and MIS.

- Support Preparation of the annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and ensure accurate and timely information is provided to the stakeholders

- Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis and highlight key issues and unusual items and provide recommendation to remediate

- Support closure of internal audit and statutory audit.

- Understand key drivers of the P&L, detailed review of cost lines - events, news service & dispatch, marketing, overheads.

- Anchor competition benchmarking and analysis, support volume and value share analysis.

- Anchor GL level review of expenses and ensure correct provisioning and accrual on monthly basis.

- Support preparation of review decks for monthly results, board meeting & chairperson reviews.

- Collaborate and support business team in preparation of P&L for events and marketing activities.

- Support business teams in preparation of business cases

- Business performance reporting/ management reporting exposure, Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & Proficient knowledge of excel.

- Should have an excellent skills in MS Office

- Have the ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data

- Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives

- Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements

- Be able to possess a strong combination of business acumen, strong financial & analytical, project/process management.

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.

- Good understanding of SAP to have added advantage.
