Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain payment gateway & switch applications using .NET Core / C#.- Build and optimize high-performance APIs, microservices, and transaction routing engines.- Implement XML, JSON, UPI, IMPS, RuPay, Visa, MasterCard integrations.- Ensure security, scalability, and PCI-DSS compliance in payment applications.- Work with BA, Product, and Ops teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction failures, settlement/reconciliation issues.- Participate in SIT, UAT, and production support for payment projects.- Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and process automation.Desired profile of the candidate :- 3- 5years of development experience in .NET Core / C# / ASP.NET Core.- Strong experience in payment systems, fintech, banking technology, or switch development.- Hands-on expertise with ISO 8583 messaging, transaction routing, host-to-host integrations.- Proficiency in Web API, REST, microservices, SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) preferred.- Knowledge of RBI/PCI-DSS standards, security & encryption in financial applications.- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.Education qualification : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT.- Certifications in .NET, Cloud, or Payment Systems (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
