We are seeking an exceptionally skilled computer programmer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end programming. Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in developing and designing the architecture of web applications. They are responsible for ensuring the responsiveness of these applications and collaborating closely with graphic designers to incorporate web design elements, among other responsibilities. Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing a project from its initial concept to the final product, necessitating strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

What do we expect from you?

• A min of 5+ years of professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of people management.

• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in data structures and algorithms.

• Distributed Systems: Experience with distributed systems handling large volumes of data.

• Technology Stack: Excellent coding skills in developing web applications using MERN Stack.

• Web Technologies: A solid understanding of web technologies.

• Databases: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledgeable in authentication techniques, with a preference for those experienced in SAML or OAuth2.0.

• Familiar with various database technologies, including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB, integral for data management.

• Possesses excellent verbal communication abilities, essential for effective collaboration and interaction.

• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, pivotal for addressing complex challenges in software development
