The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of land laws, property verification, and title documentation, with the ability to lead and manage multiple TSR projects efficiently.⸻Key Responsibilities: • Conduct and review Title Search Reports (TSR) for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. • Examine chain of title, ownership documents, and encumbrance records. • Verify land records such as Jamabandi, Khasra, Map, Patta, Sale Deed, and Mutation entries. • Coordinate with Sub-Registrar, Patwari, and Tehsil offices for ground verification and certified copies. • Draft and finalize legal opinions and due diligence reports. • Supervise associates and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.⸻Eligibility Criteria: • Qualification: LL.B.
