Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications using modern technologies.

- Lead by example with clean, efficient code and best practices.

- Debug complex issues and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality.

- Drive key architectural decisions for scalability and performance.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical

delivery with business goals.

- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.

- Thrive in a collaborative startup culture with strong communication & Team Growth :

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering skill growth and innovation.

- Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.

Adaptability & Scalability :

- Rapidly prototype features and iterate based on user or business feedback.

- Ensure the tech stack is robust, scalable, and future-ready.

Required Qualifications :


Education :

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related :

- 4+ years in full-stack software development.

- Experience in a leadership, mentorship, or team lead role is a plus.

- Demonstrated success working in startups or fast-paced Skills :

- Frontend : React.js, Angular, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Backend : Node.js, Python, RESTful API design, Microservices architecture.

- Cloud & DevOps : AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL.

- Bonus : Exposure to AI/ML systems or conversational AI platforms.
