Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC).- Implement Salesforce best practices across coding, security, and performance optimization.- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.- Manage Salesforce org configurations, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and admins.- Maintain proper documentation of all solutions and customizations.- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing Salesforce Skills and Qualifications:- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.- Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.- Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, etc.).- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) and version control systems like Git.- Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development Qualifications :Salesforce certifications such as :- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II- Salesforce Administrator- Salesforce App Builder- Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (or equivalent)- Experience with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.- Exposure to MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.- Experience in global, enterprise-scale Salesforce : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
