The role requires proven expertise inO&M (Operations & Maintenance), facility services, housekeeping, stores, logistics, and manpower management— ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Strategic & Leadership ResponsibilitiesLead the complete facilities function (hard & soft services) across multiple sites. Develop and execute facility management strategies aligned with business goals. ManageP&L , budgets, cost optimization, and vendor partnerships. Build and lead cross-functional FM teams (technical, housekeeping, admin, security). Act as the primary liaison for senior management and key stakeholders. 2️⃣ Technical FM / Hard ServicesOversee all technical systems: HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, and fire safety. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed effectively. Driveenergy efficiency ,sustainability , andstatutory compliance . Manage vendor selection, contracts, and SLA adherence. 3️⃣ Soft Services / Workplace ManagementSupervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, reception, and other support services. Ensure best-in-class workplace experience and service quality. Monitor vendor performance and maintain SLA compliance. 4️⃣ Client & Business-Facing ResponsibilitiesBuild client relationships and identify business improvement or revenue opportunities. Manage contract renewals, expansions, and reporting to leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction KPIs are consistently achieved. 5️⃣ Multi-Site Operations & Continuous ImprovementStandardize FM processes across multiple sites. Implement centralized dashboards and monitor operational KPIs.
