TPM-KK pillar (Focused Improvement) concepts and hand on experience 7. New Models/variants work content calculation, Line balancing and execution 8. Manpower planning and Monitoring of Manpower for the shop. 9. Identification of Capacity bottlenecks and debottlenecking as per requirement of volumes. 10. Driving PDCA approach. 11. Long term settlement readiness with Union representatives in shop floor. 12. Indirect area work measurement (Housekeeping, security, Line feeding etc.) 13.
