Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the strategy and development of our Lending vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our lending products, from ideation through to launch and iteration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver innovative lending solutions that enhance customer experience, drive growth, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Lending vertical aligned with business goals and market opportunities.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

- Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business priorities, and ROI analysis.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

- User Experience: Champion user-centric design and ensure that the lending products deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.

- Metrics and Analytics: Define key success metrics and track product performance against these metrics; use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product features.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with lending products.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, status updates, and roadmap to stakeholders across the Experience: Proven track record 3-7 years of success as a Product Manager in a fintech company, with specific experience in managing lending products.

- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of lending products, fintech industry trends, and regulatory considerations.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and drive decisions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders.

- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence without authority; experience leading projects from concept to launch.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity and changing Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
