About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Resident in Medicine to join our healthcare team. As a Senior Resident, you will play a key role in patient care, medical training, and the implementation of clinical practices in our medicine department. You will work alongside specialists and other medical professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with various medical conditions while gaining hands-on experience in advanced medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with medical teams on treatment plans and patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students.
- Participate in daily rounds, emergency procedures, and on-call duties.
- Contribute to medical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBBS with completion of or pursuing a postgraduate degree in Medicine (MD/MS).
- 0-2 Years of clinical experience, preferably in internal medicine.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
