Sr.Executive/AM Finance and Accounts

Senior Executive/AM Finance & Accounts

Designation : Senior Executive/AM

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

1.Vendor Invoice Processing

Checking of pending GR/IR account in SAP and follow-up from concerned team for invoice

2.Fixed Asset Accounting

Create fixed asset code in SAP & pass capitalization entry in SAP.

Creation internal order for ongoing project related to plant and machinery and building

Settlement of internal order for capitalization of asset in SAP

Posting of monthly depreciation as per Companies Act and as per Income tax act.

Prepare and Maintain schedule of fixed asset as per companies act and as per Income Tax Act.

3.TDS & TCS Compliance

Calculate monthly TDS and TCS Liability and deposit of same

Coordinate with CA and arrange for 15 CA & 15 CB for foreign remittances

Computation of advance tax and deposit of same

Filing of TDS and TCS return and issuance of TDS/TCS certificate to vendor

26AS Reconciliation

Assist in tax audit and State audit.

4.GST

Good knowledge of GST RCM, Block credit, and input related provisions.

5.Month End closing Support

Assist in month end closing reporting

5.Collaboration and Communication:

Coordinate within team and with inter department and support

Qualifications:

• BCOM/MCOM/MBA/CA Inter

• 4-7 years of experience working with SAP Business One/SAP HANA/ECC/SAP BYD, preferably in a FMCG

industry

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, TDS and Income Tax, GST & Fixed Assets Accounting in SAP

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
