Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential and commercial projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design. As a Senior Architect, you will lead project teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions that align with our studio's vision. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept development to project completion for high-end residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and innovative design solutions. Manage project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Review and approve design changes, specifications, and project timelines. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to design intent. Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating them into design solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects. Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects from concept to completion. Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design work. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
