We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Structural Design Expert to join our team. Below is an overview of the role and its requirements:


Location: Gurugram

CTC Offered: 25 Lacs


Job Responsibilities:


In-House Peer Review

  • Review structural engineering deliverables from consultants, including design basis reports, analysis models, design calculations, reinforcement detailing, and GFC drawings.

Research and Study

  • Conduct literature surveys on advancements in structural analysis, design, national/international codes, standards, global trends, and new technologies.

Organizational Initiatives

  • Work on initiatives such as standardization, cost optimization, and reduction of construction time.
  • Gain exposure to BIM implementation.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Structural Design: Develop expertise in static/dynamic analysis, design, and detailing of structural elements (e.g., foundations, slabs, beams, retaining walls).
  • Development Work: Compare various structural and formwork systems to determine cost-effective alternatives.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with company-defined guidelines and project timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, costs, and productivity.

Performance Indicators:

  • Understanding and application of structural engineering fundamentals.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement improvements effectively.
  • Adherence to timelines and compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: 10+ years in managing high-rise residential projects (exceptional candidates with lesser experience may also be considered).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software such as ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.
  • Expertise: Knowledge of value engineering during various design stages.
