Job Description

• Coordinate with field executives for updates on daily progress.

• Interface with government officials, engineers, and department representatives.

• Monitor installation and commissioning activities on-site.

• Address and resolve on-site issues and report critical issues to the Project Manager.

• Maintain site logs, attendance, work photos, and progress trackers.

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are followed.

• Familiarity with government department protocols

• Flexibility to travel and manage multiple sites.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong site supervision and reporting ability

• Problem-solving attitude for on-site issues

• Basic technical knowledge (related to civil, electrical, or instrumentation work)

• Ability to manage field staff and daily work schedules• Basic computer skills ( Excel, WhatsApp reporting, email )
