This is a unique chance to take ownership of technical talent acquisition and make a lasting impact at a pivotal stage of growth.Role Overview :As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will drive technical hiring from the ground up, working directly with founders and senior leadership. Your role will be instrumental in building a best-in-class engineering, product, and design team, while helping shape a talent-first culture.Key Responsibilities :- Own the full-cycle recruitment for all technical roles, engineering, product, and design - Work as a strategic partner to founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and go-to-market hiring strategy - Lead proactive sourcing by tapping into your network, referrals, events, and digital channels - Screen and evaluate candidates for both deep technical capability and culture fit - Manage the entire interview process, from first touch to offer closure - Drive talent pipeline development, reporting, and hiring analytics for leadership reviews - Mentor junior members in recruiting and support process and tool implementation - Champion employer branding—including content, events, and visibility in external forums - 4–8 years' experience in technical recruiting; proven track record with fast-growing SaaS or product tech companies - Strong network within India’s technology talent ecosystem; comfortable engaging passive talent - Experience hiring mid-to-senior technical professionals in high-growth/startup contexts - Strategic approach to sourcing, mapping, and building talent pipelines using modern tools - Data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Expertise with ATS, recruiting analytics, and reporting is advantageous - High ownership, adaptability, and collaborative spiritWhat’s in it for You :- Direct access and exposure to founders - Opportunity to lead high-impact hiring in a rocket-ship growth environment - Ongoing mentorship and knowledge sharing with the VC fund’s talent platform - Competitive compensation, fast-paced learning culture, and access to exclusive industry events - Be part of a mission-driven team building category-defining products
