We are seeking a skilled Google Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GCP cloud-native services, AI/ML integration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. This role requires expertise in drafting and presenting high-level and low-level designs, managing complex cloud migration projects, and overseeing managed services. Leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to project success are crucial for this role.
Position Title: Google Cloud Solutions Architect
Location: Hyderabad (WFO/Hybrid)
Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11 PM IST
Employment Type: Full Time
Total Years of experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the architecture and design of GCP cloud solutions, focusing on cloud foundation, migration, and AI/ML integrations.
2. Implement scalable, dependable, and secure cloud solutions using GCP cloud-native services for computing, storage, databases, networking, and AI/ML.
3. Leverage Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for orchestrating containerized applications.
4. Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for cloud solutions.
5. Draft and present project proposals, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs),
6. Requests for Information (RFIs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and project estimates for size, timeline, and cost.
7. Provide expertise in managed services, ensuring ongoing support and optimization of cloud environments.
8. Utilize Terraform to manage and automate cloud infrastructure deployment.
9. Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
10. Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
11. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
Required Skills:
1. Extensive experience in architecting, designing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
2. Ability to create scalable, dependable, and secure cloud solutions using GCP's native services for computing, storage, databases, networking, and AI/ML.
3. Advanced knowledge of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for container orchestration and management.
4. Proven experience in developing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for cloud deployments.
5. Ability to draft and review RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and project estimates, including sizing, timelines, and cost projections.
6. Expertise in using various CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CircleCi/GoCd/Teamcity etc..
7. Proficiency in using Terraform for deploying and managing cloud environments.
8. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strong commitment to project success.
9. Google Cloud Professional Architect Certification
Preferred Skills:
1. Advanced knowledge of GCP networking services, including VPN, VPC, and Interconnect.
2. Familiarity with cloud services and environments in Azure and AWS.
3. Willingness to work on AI/ML projects, with a foundational understanding of relevant technologies.
