This role will be responsible for architecting AI agents, integrating them with tools, APIs, memory systems, and user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with LangChain, OpenAI Function Calling, AutoGen, and similar frameworks, along with strong hands-on expertise in building business applications using large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and AI agents (chatbots, document summarizers, assistants).Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop the architecture of AI agents, ensuring seamless integration with tools, APIs, and memory systems.- Architect solutions for integrating user interfaces with AI-powered agents, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.- Leverage LangChain, OpenAI Function Calling, AutoGen, and other AI frameworks for developing and deploying AI models.- Build business applications such as chatbots, document summarizers, and virtual assistants using LLMs and embeddings.- Ensure scalability, performance, observability, and governance of AI systems in production environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, infra) to define AI architecture, integrate AI solutions, and optimize performance.- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and contribute to setting up and improving architecture standards for AI systems.- Drive deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI models across environments.- Create and maintain technical documentation of AI systems, architecture, and integrations.Required Skills:- Strong experience in designing and building AI agent architectures.- Expert knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Function Calling, AutoGen, and similar technologies.- Deep expertise in building and deploying business applications using LLMs and embeddings (chatbots, document summarizers, assistants).- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Bash scripting.- Experience with API integration, microservices architecture, and system design.- Strong understanding of vector databases and their integration with AI models.- Ability to work with large datasets and implement embedding-based retrieval systems.- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with advanced NLP techniques and frameworks.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing AI models.- Understanding of performance optimization of LLMs and embedding-based systems.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and automation tools for model deployment and scaling.- Knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.Soft Skills:- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on quality and scalability.- A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.- Ability to mentor and lead junior team members in architectural design and best practices.Education Qualification & Experience:Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Experience: 8-10 years of experience in AI architecture, with strong expertise in integrating AI models, frameworks, and tools for business Certifications in AI or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
