Its services include Bad Debt Collection, End-to-End Collection, Legal Collection Management, Skip Tracing, Credit Monitoring, and Debt Advisory Services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Regional Collections Manager. The role will involve overseeing the debt collection process, managing a team of collection agents, developing collection strategies, and ensuring targets are met in compliance with company policies. Additional tasks include analyzing delinquent accounts, engaging with clients to resolve outstanding debts, preparing progress reports, and implementing strategic initiatives for process improvements. Qualifications Strong experience in Debt Collection, Legal Collection Management, and End-to-End Collection processesProficiency in Credit Monitoring, Debt Advisory Services, and Skip Trace servicesSkills in Strategy Development, Team Leadership, and Problem SolvingExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilitiesProven track record of meeting and exceeding collection targetsKnowledge of compliance and regulatory processes within debt collection and financial servicesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plusPrior experience managing a regional team or similar leadership role is preferred
