Job Description – AI-Driven Musicians & Writers Internship Location:Hyderabad (Work from Office) Duration:2–6 months (project-based, extendable) Engagement:Internship (Stipend + Performance Incentives)About the Program People Tech is expanding into theEntertainment domain , driven by our CEO’s vision to blendartistic creativity with AI innovation . We are launching astrategic internship programforMusiciansandWriterswho are passionate about experimenting withAI toolsto create original content for the next generation of entertainment. This is a unique opportunity toco-create music, narratives, and immersive contentthat will be part of real entertainment projects.Key Responsibilities Musicians Explore, experiment, and produce music usingAI composition tools(Suno, AIVA, Soundraw, Amper, etc.) along with traditional DAWs/software (Ableton, Logic Pro, FL Studio). Collaborate with Writers to transformconcepts into complete audio-visual experiences . Adapt music for multiple formats –short-form (ads, reels, jingles)andlong-form (tracks, background scores) . Research and integrateemerging AI music trendsinto projects. Writers Convert givenconcepts/themesinto structured, well-researched narratives (scripts, campaigns, blog series, storyboards). Collaborate with Musicians to align storytelling with music. Experiment withAI writing assistants(ChatGPT, Jasper, Sudowrite, etc.) to enhance creativity. Create content adaptable forsocial media, entertainment scripts, and campaigns .Qualifications – Who Can Apply For Musicians Students pursuing or graduates inMusic, Performing Arts, Sound Engineering, Fine Arts , orany discipline with proven passion for music . Basic knowledge ofinstruments (keyboard, guitar, percussion, etc.) or DAWs(Ableton, Logic, FL Studio, GarageBand). Interest in exploringAI-assisted music creation . For Writers Students pursuing or graduates inEnglish Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, Creative Writing, Media Studies, or related fields . Strongresearch, creative writing, and storytellingskills. Exposure toscriptwriting, blogging, or narrative buildingis a plus. Common Traits (Both Roles) Innovative, experimental, and eager to pushtech-driven creativity . Ability to work in afast-paced, entertainment-focused environment . Students, fresh graduates, or indie creators looking tobuild a portfolioin AI-powered entertainment.Strategic Impact of the Internship BuildAI first creative workflowsin music and storytelling. Generateoriginal entertainment IPsfor People Tech’s projects. Gaindirect visibility with CEO-level initiatives .
