Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement MAWM modules based on business requirements.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles, ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.
  • Design and deliver integration solutions between MAWM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain applications).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in MAWM proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in MAWM Configuration and Implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM.
  • In-depth understanding of UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of MAWM Proactive Monitoring and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations.
  • Exposure to supply chain/logistics domain solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
