With a focus on digitalization, AI, and precision therapy, we are committed to transforming care delivery, improving outcomes, and expanding access to healthcare worldwide.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and PostgreSQL.- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications on AWS.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.- Contribute to architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.- Coordinate with stakeholders across geographies for seamless software delivery.- (Optional but preferred) Support frontend integration using Angular or Bootstrap frameworks.Requirements :Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 510 years in software design and backend development.- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles.- Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and PostgreSQL.- Proven experience in AWS cloud application development.- Exposure to Agile/Lean methodologies and DevOps tools & processes.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a multi-country, cross-functional environment.- Frontend development experience with Angular or Bootstrap is a plus.
