Social Media Marketing Specialist

to join our

pilot batch

and help shape the future of our agency

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

social media strategies

for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Plan and manage

paid ad campaigns

(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Create

engaging content

(posts, reels, videos, and stories) to drive audience engagement. Conduct

hashtag & trend research

to boost organic reach. Monitor, analyze, and report on

social media performance

using analytics tools. Engage with followers, build brand communities, and manage online reputation. Collaborate with designers and video editors to create

eye-catching visuals . Stay updated on

AI tools, the latest trends, and platform updates

to enhance strategy.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in

Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy . Strong knowledge of

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube algorithms . Experience in

paid advertising

and campaign management. Skills in

copywriting, graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), and video editing

are a plus A
