Product Management Consultant [Asset Liability Management]

Location - Electronic City, Bengaluru

Experience - *6-9 years*


Job Description –

Educational Qualification and Experience level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Commerce, Business Management, others at the minimum. CA, MBA from tier 1 colleges preferred.
  • Risk Management Certifications including Basel, ICAAP, Liquidity risk Management, Interest risk management, Balance Sheet Management would be added advantage.


Functional skills:

  • Good understanding of functional and technical aspects of Risk Management and Treasury Management Applications.
  • Expertise in the areas of Bank Asset Liability Management and Funds Transfer Pricing.
  • Knowledge of Advanced measurement techniques such as gap analysis, key ratios including LCR and NSFR, liquidity projections, Intraday liquidity measures, Interest rate forecasts.
  • Knowledge of Basel regulatory framework covering stress testing, regulatory reporting, IRRBB and governance is mandatory.
  • Risk Analytics and risk modeling capabilities using advanced quantities techniques.
  • Forecasting of various liquidity and interest rate parameters using econometric models and big data
  • Hands-on experience in ALM, Balance sheet management desk in a large Bank is desired.
  • Software Product Management experience is preferred.
  • Implementation experience of Treasury, Risk Management or ALM solution will be added advantage.


Job responsibilities:

Product management functions relating to treasury and risk management solution portfolio.

  • Innovate, create new products, new features, manage and upgrade existing products and functionalities.
  • Understand regulatory requirements of RBI, Basel to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Business case analysis, cost benefit analysis and budgeting
  • Competition product knowledge
  • Analysis of customer segmentation, geographic spread, localization requirements
  • Be a bridge between customers, markets and internal development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as sales, marketing, engineering, quality assurance.
