JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for SaaS applications.
• Work with product teams to understand new features, gather technical information, and translate this into user-friendly documentation.
• Develop an understanding of the software development lifecycle and incorporate documentation best practices into the workflow.
• Edit and proofread documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy while ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product documentation and end-user needs.
• Continue to improve documentation processes and workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Gather feedback from users to optimize documentation and enhance user experience.
