With a global presence, over 1000 clients, and a team of 300 employees, Josys drives efficiency and cost optimization for IT teams worldwide.Founders: Yasukane MatsumotoCTPO: Mahabaleshwar BhatLearn more: www.josys.comResponsibilities:Lead the design process, delivering storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.Advocate for user experience improvements by integrating feedback and aligning with business goals.Drive cross-functional initiatives, fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.Preferred Qualifications:A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.7+ years of experience in product or service design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design.Proven ability to influence product strategy and execute complex design projects from concept to completion.Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including accessibility and inclusive design.Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with technical constraints across platforms.Our Hiring Process:Introductory and portfolio presentation with our head of design.Short design task and/or live design session.Final interview with our Senior Leadership.
