Position Objective Celsior is seeking an experiencedGuidewire Architectto collaborate with client technology and business leaders in enhancing and optimizing an existing on-premises Guidewire deployment. This role will be responsible for providing strategic technical leadership, overseeing a team of remote Guidewire developers, and driving both maintenance and major development/configuration initiatives to align with evolving business needs.Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements Lead and enhance existing Guidewire deployments to align with business needs and objectives. Define and establish strategic technology direction; provide mentorship and guidance to development teams. Drive ongoing technology transformation initiatives to reduce technical debt. Manage full lifecycle Guidewire implementations – planning, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Must have strong Guidewire knowledge and experience with Policy Center, as well as experience with Billing Center, and Claims Center. Must have experience with on-premises Guidewire versions 8 and 9 Must have Guidewire Development experience, including GOSU scripting and Unit Testing practices Must have Guidewire Integration experience with Web Services, Batch Processing, Messaging, and other 3rd party components Must have Guidewire Configuration experience including working with Data Models, Rules Engine, Workflows, Validations, Form Patterns, PCF, and Underwriting issues. Experience with Guidewire performance tuning and optimization, including using profilers Experience with Guidewire Marketplace and Commercial Line of Business (Auto, Umbrella, Business Owners, Workers Comp, CPP, etc.)Technical Skill Requirements Must have good experience in Guidewire Policy Center Good experience in Configuration (Data model, PCF, Validations, UW issues, Form Patterns) Good experience in Integration (Webservices, Batch Processing, Messaging) Good experience in GOSU scripting Java XML Web Services(Soap/Rest) – as part of integration SQL Guidewire Data Model, Rules Engine, Workflow – as part of configuration Basic DevOps tools(Jenkins/git) Agile System performance tuning & optimization (to enhance application efficiency) Guidewire Marketplace – (Commercial line of business(Auto, umbrella, business owners, cpp, Workers compensation etc.) Experience in implementation (full life cycle – planning, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment) Additionally skills required like Guide link issues, Print regeneration SLA tickets, Data change APIsAbout Celsior TechnologiesAt Celsior Technologies, a proud division of Pyramid Consulting, we believe in the power of innovation to drive transformation.
