About the Role :Mindsprint is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Full Stack Engineering. This role is perfect for a technology leader who can balance architectural design with hands-on coding, while mentoring and guiding engineering teams. You will drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and modern enterprise applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Own the technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular/React.- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable full stack solutions.- Lead Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions and provide technical guidance to senior and junior engineers.- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices, performance optimization, and security standards.- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, introducing innovations where appropriate.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 8- 12 years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.- Strong frontend development experience in Angular or React with solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills.- Hands-on with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Event-driven architectures.- Strong database skills (both SQL & NoSQL).- Cloud experience on AWS / Azure / GCP.- Proficiency in Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.- Deep understanding of application security and remediation strategies.- Experience with security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Keycloak.- Solid knowledge of software design patterns, system design principles, and coding best practices.- Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
