Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking aForward Deployed Engineerwho bridges the gap betweentechnology and client success . You’ll work closely with customers, quickly prototype Voice AI and Communication solutions, and ensure every deployment runs flawlessly. You are someone who: Thrives in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment. Can rapidly build and demo solutions using APIs and AI voice technologies. Has the confidence to present, troubleshoot, and innovate under pressure. Loves blending technical depth with creative communication problem-solving. Has a “make it happen” attitude — no matter the challenge. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as thetechnical linkbetween Globe Communication clients and our core AI engineering team. Build and deployVoice AI ,WhatsApp , andCommunication APIdemos tailored to client needs. Troubleshoot and resolve real-time customer issues with precision. Integrate APIs and telephony systems (e.g., Twilio, Exotel, Gupshup). Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions. Document implementation blueprints and best practices for future projects. Present AI-powered communication solutions to enterprise customers and partners. Qualifications2+ years of software development experience (Python or Node.js preferred). Strong grasp ofREST APIs ,microservices , andcloud platforms(AWS/GCP/Azure). Hands-on experience withcommunication tech(Twilio, Exotel, WhatsApp Business API, etc.). Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
