This is a highly technical and hands-on coding role focused on solving complex engineering challenges and supporting large-scale AI systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and optimize high-performance Python systems for large-scale AI and data pipelines.Build modular, maintainable, and production-ready Python codebases, emphasizing clean architecture.Work closely with data, infrastructure, and research engineering teams to deliver reliable backend components.Apply deep expertise in algorithms and data structures to write efficient and scalable code.Stay updated with modern Python tools, frameworks, and best coding practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on experience writing Python in production environments.Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI, etc.).Strong performance/ratings on coding platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design, and performance optimization.Working proficiency in ML/DS concepts.Preferred Skills:Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and large data processing pipelines.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD practices.Open-source contributions or experience with developer tooling.Ability to operate in fast-paced, research-driven engineering environments.Bonus for exceptional rankings in Kaggle, Codeforces, ICPC, or TopCoder.Please ensure these skills:Demonstrate strong, hands-on coding expertise, particularly in Python and Machine LearningPossess solid competitive programming skills and significant coding depthThese aspects are thoroughly evaluated before submission through the Agency PortalAre readily available for interviews and can immediately join the project upon selection
